• Hal Rose Head Start serves children ages 0-5.  In a collaborative agreement with Temple ISD, certified school teachers also work in our Pre-K classrooms along with our Head Start teachers. Staff on site from 8:00 to 4:00.  Children are in care from 8:15 to 3:15, 7 hours a day.
