Tanya Albert is the Nutrition Director for 4C. She manages and directs the Nutrition component and supervises 30 employees including Kitchen Managers, Kitchen Assistants, Classroom Aides and the USDA data clerk. She also works with a Pediatric Dietician and Head Start parents to make sure meal menus adhere to state and Federal standards. 4C is careful to include different cultures and ethnicities in our menu selections.
Before Tanya came to 4C, she spent 20 years serving our country in the Army--most of those years in the military food service. She holds a degree from Barton Community College at Fort Riley, Kansas. Besides being active in her church, she really enjoys working with jewelry and fashion, a passion which she loves to share.
