Johnnie M. Lavan-Rayson is the Nutrition Director for 4C and has been employed with the agency for more than 30 years. She manages and directs the Nutrition component and supervises 30 staff which includes Kitchen Managers, Kitchen Assistants, Classroom Aides and a USDA clerk. She also works with a Pediatric Dietician and Head Start parents to make sure meal menus adhere to state and Federal standards.Her success in the past has stemmed from her strong commitment to our children and families and her sense of professionalism. She keeps high standards for her work and is known for her ability to follow through on projects.
