Even though we administer one program for Head Start children ages 0-5, in reporting annually to Washington, we must separate our program based on the numbers of children into two groups--HS (3-5 year olds) and EHS (0-3 year olds). So we get to do two program reports (PIRs) instead of one! Aren't we lucky?!
